Job Description

As a Digital Trade Marketeer, you help bring our brand to life across our retail partners’ digital touchpoints and turn campaign priorities into clear, effective activations. You connect commercial goals with smart digital campaign choices, always keeping the end-customer experience in mind.  

In this role, you work closely with local markets, trade marketeers and campaign stakeholders to plan and deliver campaigns that feel consistent and on-brand. You also collaborate with external partners such as digital media agencies and retailer partners. You enjoy working with data and insights to learn what works and what can be improved. And because digital trade marketing keeps evolving, you stay curious about new eCommerce trends and opportunities. This role reports into the global trade marketing lead. You will be part of the Global Trade Marketing team that operates at the intersection of Marketing and Wholesale at Rituals. Within this team, you develop impactful online campaigns for 360 Trade Marketing campaigns to boost the Rituals brand for our Wholesale partners globally. 

In this role, you will:   

  • Plan digital trade media marketing campaigns with key retail partners in close collaboration with local markets and stakeholders   
  • Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and external parties (e.g., media agencies and retailer partners)  
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using available reporting (e.g., Tableau and/or partner reports)   
  • Run and manage a Test & Learn approach, including A/B testing of assets and audiences to drive continuous improvement   
  • Build and improve ways of working and timelines so markets and partners know what to expect and when   
  • Coordinate with the Digital team to ensure alignment and avoid working in silos   

Qualifications

You bring a strong base in digital marketing and enjoy working at the intersection of brand, commerce and performance. You feel comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and moving between planning, execution and evaluation. You take ownership naturally and like building structure where it helps teams work better together. You’re practical, curious and always looking for opportunities to improve results through learning and experimentation. 

To be successful in this role, you:   

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in Digital Trade Marketing, eRetail media, eCommerce marketing, or a similar field   
  • Bring knowledge of eRetail media and digital trade marketing, and understand eCommerce trends   
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and can collaborate effectively across teams, markets and partners   
  • Have experience working with and/or managing agencies and retailer partners   
  • Show an entrepreneurial, Test & Learn mindset and use insights to improve campaigns over time
