Job Description
As a Business Support Intern, you will be part of the Business Support, Travel & Events team at Rituals. Together, we support our business leaders to work as efficiently and well-prepared as possible, while acting as a key connector within the organization. We provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders—and we do it with energy, structure, and a hands-on mindset.
Rituals offers you a varied internship in a young, enthusiastic team at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam. This is the perfect opportunity to learn how a fast-paced international organization operates behind the scenes, while contributing to both global business travel and inspiring internal events.
Your accountabilities
As an integral member of our dynamic Business Support Team, you will support daily operational tasks with a focus on Business Travel and Internal Events.
Business Travel
- Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements for colleagues across the globe
- Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries and support travelers where needed
- Check compliance with company travel policy and support in expense-related processes
- Help track travel-related costs and support in keeping administration accurate and up to date
Internal Events & Business Support
- Support the coordination and execution of internal events at our head office
- Assist with event logistics and arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Support other Business Support team members when needed, depending on priorities and projects
- Contribute to planning, cost awareness, and clear communication with stakeholders
In this role, you will learn a lot about planning, prioritizing, cost management, and operational excellence. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will be essential to create smooth travel experiences and well-organized events.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors/ Master's program
- Full-time available (40 hours)*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- A true team player: hands-on, structured, able to multitask, and a “to-do” mindset
- Interested in being involved in internal events and making them a success
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Eager to learn, flexible, curious, and motivated to be “best in class” during your internship
- Enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders across the organization
