As a Business Analyst – Recruitment Domain, you play a key role in shaping and improving how our Recruitment function works, acting as the bridge between business ambitions and technology.

You perform requirements analysis, advise the business on suitable solutions, and ensure that Recruitment systems and applications support the full employee journey, from Recruit to Hire. You evaluate, implement, and continuously improve applications, staying up to date on new features and innovations that help automate and enhance our solutions.

As a trusted partner within the Recruitment domain, you ensure that delivered technologies meet business requirements and create real value. You work closely with HR & Recruitment stakeholders, external consultants, developers, and domain architects to deliver aligned, well-adopted solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, advising stakeholders, and making a visible impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Thinking & Data Detailing

  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and detailed analysis documentation.
  • Combine high-level process understanding with deep data analysis to deliver accurate, pragmatic solutions.
  • Explore master and transactional data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Map end-to-end data flows and document system interactions, including dependencies and potential failure points.

Proactive Process Optimization

  • Analyze and document HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Execute iterative process improvements and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before rollout.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Partner with the Product & Project Manager, Business Analyst, Architect, and Process Specialist to design and deliver enhancements.
  • Support the creation of end-user documentation and contribute to training materials.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data & Systems Testing (mostly during projects

  • Manage defects: identify, document, track, and support resolution with development teams.
  • Support the Test Lead in creating test scenarios, test plans, and detailed test cases.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys tackling complex data challenges and collaborating across teams. You take ownership, stay adaptable in a dynamic environment, and bring clarity to intricate business and system interactions.

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of work experience in HR or related fields
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools, preferably within a Recruitment domain
  • Experience documenting and analyzing business processes
  • Ability to create clear business requirements and functional specifications
  • Technical affinity with TA systems, integrations, and data structures
  • Ability to drive data-informed decision-making

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
