Job Description
Help shape the future of product innovation at Rituals. Use your expertise in program management, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to drive excellence in our New Product Development (NPD) pipeline.
To make that happen, we are looking for a Program Manager NPD who can connect people, processes and tools. You will play a key role in optimizing our NPD workflows, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and ensuring every innovation journey from idea to shelf, is as efficient and inspiring as possible. Acting as a change driver, you will improve our global artwork management, project management and SharePoint environments to create the best foundation for innovation to thrive.
In this role you will
- Execute the NPD process improvement projects that are part of our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goal towards seamless operations
- Act as the Center of Excellence for project management, processes and systems within the Innovations department
- Analyze, design and implement innovative processes, systems and structures to build a scalable and efficient NPD pipeline for example:
- Continuously improve the Artwork Management process and related tooling
- Enhance our Project Management tooling and ways of working
- Optimize the use of our newly implemented SharePoint environment
- Strengthen our USP (Product Messaging Development) process and supporting tools
Qualifications

You will be successful if you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or project management, ideally within retail or FMCG.
- Affinity with New Product Development/ Innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with product master data.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency with project management or workflow tools.
