At Rituals, our people are the heartbeat of our hypergrowth. We’re planning to double our workforce in the next 3 years — and we’re looking for a sharp, driven, and down-to-earth Senior HR Project Manager to help us scale smartly, globally, and with a smile.
Your Mission:
Make HR magic happen — with structure, style, and smart tech.
You’ll lead strategic HR automation projects that shape the way we hire, grow, and support our people — from hire to retire. That means improving service delivery, streamlining workforce management, and rolling out future-proof solutions powered by platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Quinyx, and AI-driven tools.
You'll collaborate across teams and borders — working closely with our HR Centers of Expertise, local HR teams, Analytics & Insights, and Business Tech. Whether launching a new system in a new market or optimizing what’s already running, you’re the one who makes sure it all runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver with impact: Manage projects end-to-end — on time, on budget, and on point.
Innovate with tech: Use smart tools and AI to simplify and automate HR processes.
Collaborate globally: Partner with everyone from HR Directors to local HR teams.
Mentor & multiply: Coach (Senior) HR Process Specialists and share knowledge as you go.
Stay curious: Keep an eye on market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR processes/services — ideally in retail or consulting.
Strong project management chops — and a pragmatic, can-do mindset.
The confidence to navigate complexity — and the clarity to explain it.
A low-ego, high-energy attitude — with a healthy dose of humor.
