As our  tech teams continues to mature, we are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter who can set the direction for tech recruitment at Rituals. In this role, you combine strategic vision with hands-on sourcing skills, ensuring we attract and engage the very best professionals in a highly competitive market.

Your role

As Senior Tech Recruiter, you are the trusted advisor and recruitment business partner for our Business Technologie and Digital team. You own the strategy, guide stakeholders, and set the course for attracting top tech professionals.

  • You develop and execute the strategic tech recruitment plan for Rituals.
  • You identify, source, and engage scarce tech talent through the right channels and proactive outreach.
  • You build talent pools and strengthen Rituals’ presence in the tech community, including through events and networking.
  • You act as sparring partner for senior leaders and hiring managers, advising on workforce planning, talent strategy, and realistic hiring goals.
  • You continuously improve recruitment processes, exploring digitalization, ATS optimization, and AI-driven solutions.
  • You adopt and advocate a data-driven recruitment approach to steer decisions and measure success.

With your proactive sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management, and ability to connect, you’re more than a recruiter: you’re a trusted partner for both business leaders and candidates.

You bring:

  • 7+ years of experience as a corporate tech recruiter in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • A proven ability to balance strategy and execution: from workforce planning to closing hard-to-fill roles.
  • Solid sourcing expertise, using innovative methods to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Experience in building talent pipelines and creating long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you guide senior leaders, manage expectations, and advise with confidence.
  • A track record of building trust with business leaders, candidates, and colleagues.
