Job Description
As a Producer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that brings creative projects to life—from traditional campaigns to digital-first focus such as CGI and AI. You’ll support and lead productions across varying levels of complexity, manage budgets and control the productional administration, as coordinate key stakeholders, and keep projects moving smoothly from kickoff to delivery.
This role is a mix of hands-on coordination, problem-solving, and operational excellence. Whether you're stepping into ownership of B/C-level campaigns or assisting with larger-scale productions, you’ll play an essential role in keeping creativity structured and impactful.
You will be part of the in-house Brand Agency that values operational excellence and innovation equally within a creative environment. You’ll grow deeper within your role quickly, working across a wide range of projects with the support of experienced producers. You’ll make a real impact by helping turn bold ideas into executed real-world campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Run Productions Big and Small: Own small to mid-scale productions independently (e.g. B/C campaigns or templated rollouts), while supporting senior producers on larger, cross-functional creative projects.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Track budgets, raise POs, manage expenses, and support financial reporting throughout the production process.
- Keep Projects on Track: Manage schedules, timelines, mock-ups, and supplier coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly on time, and within budget.
- Champion Asset & Storage Management: Coordinate couriers, storage logistics, and asset handling; implement and educate others on digital asset management (DAM) best practices.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Act as a connector between creatives, marketing, external suppliers, and internal teams—facilitating clear, timely communication.
- Stay Curious and Intentional: Approach each project with fresh eyes, bringing energy, attention to detail, and a desire to improve how we work and deliver.
Qualifications
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, resourceful, and resilient—ready to grow and eager to make a difference in our creative workflows. Further:
- Around 1 to 3 years of experience in a production, project coordination, or creative operations role—agency or in-house
- Experience with budget and financial coordination
- Resilient under pressure—you stay calm and focused even when deadlines tighten, or unexpected challenges arise
- A proactive, positive mindset and a collaborative working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple timelines and teams
- An understanding of the creative process and how to support it operationally
- Experience (or a willingness to learn) working with DAM systems, production tools, and supplier networks
- A genuine curiosity to learn, improve, and contribute beyond your job title
