To make that happen in our B2B business, we’re looking for a Data Analyst who shares this vision. Your analyses will fuel smarter decisions, improve forecasting, and strengthen service levels across markets and partners, directly shaping how we stay ahead of the competition.

As Data Analyst B2B, you’ll turn complex data into compelling, actionable stories. Whether you’re analyzing partner performance, designing dashboards, forecasting assortment programs, or uncovering productivity insights, your work will make a visible impact on our international B2B business.

In this role you will:

· Deliver targeted analyses that improve forecasts and productivity.

· Translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and summaries.

· Analyze performance across partners, regions, and assortments to identify opportunities for growth.

· Assess P&L impacts of assortment changes and advise on strategic improvements.

· Support store replenishment in travel retail with accurate and timely business input.

· Strengthen the S&OP/S&OE process by identifying planning gaps, improving accuracy, and driving continuous improvement.

· Bring together teams and stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

At Rituals, your uniqueness is your power. We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with business sense, someone who can turn insights into actions that inspire change.

We think you’ll be successful if you bring:

· 5+ years’ experience in retail analytics.

· Strong skills in analyzing and preparing data in Power BI.

· Experience evaluating B2B performance (e.g., forecasts, sell-in rhythms, product launches).

· The ability to translate insights into dashboards and stories for non-technical audiences.

· Proven stakeholder management skills – you know how to build trust, align priorities, and inspire action.

· Project management expertise – skilled at planning, prioritizing, and delivering.

· A structured, hands-on way of working with high attention to detail.

· Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across forecasting, stock, promotions, and long-term planning.

· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

· Resilience and optimism in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Location and working conditions

You’ll be based at our Amsterdam Central Head Office, with a view of one of the city’s most iconic canals. You’ll report to the Director of Program, Operations, and Training, and be part of our International B2B team.
