In this position you will rock the following activities with your talents:

• Conceptualisation, implementation and follow-up of "omni-channel" trade activations (Brick & Mortar, Online, CRM, Social Media, etc.) including the analysis of all activations and operations for each of our partners in the following country: Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece.
• Development of impactful presentations to communicate on our launches and our animations with partners but also with our internal teams.
• Forecasts and maximisation of Sell Out performance at the door including recommendations and actions to increase Sell Out. 
• Coordination of "support" tools: Merchandising, Training, Logistics, Customer Service etc.

We are looking for an authentic personality with professional experience - show us who you are!

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing (preferably in the cosmetics segment) and a Bachelor degree with Marketing specialisation or similar. 
• You manage the ideal balance between being a data & KPI person and a creative, curious mind keen on regularly sharing your ideas.
