Job Description

At Rituals, we believe it’s the thoughtful details and carefully curated moments that create meaningful experiences for our customers. The striking window displays, captivating in-store installations, and inspiring retail pop-ups that characterise our brand are the result of precise planning and operational excellence.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of projects for all lines of business, mostly directly linked to the marketing calendar, from promotional displays & styling items, to podiums and shop windows or pop-ups in iconic destinations like Bijenkorf or Galeries Lafayette. You’ll oversee the full design and production but also the roll-out process, coordinate with international markets, and keep a sharp eye on both timelines and budgets. With 20-30 projects running at different stages at any given time, your ability to stay organised and calm under pressure will be essential.

In this role (32-40 hours per week), you will:

  • Lead and manage design development projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Designers, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, local country teams, and external suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, always seeking ways to be savvy, both financially and in our sustainability efforts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing feedback.
  • Take initiative, show entrepreneurship, and actively contribute to improving existing projects and processes.

Qualifications

This is a role for someone operationally sharp, passionate about flawless execution, and naturally proactive in finding solutions.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within retail, creative industries, or high-volume project environments.
  • A good understanding of design development and retail implementation processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A natural ability to maintain oversight while staying close to key operational details.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to make fast, logical decisions under pressure.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Proficiency with various project/planning tools, and a mindset for optimising processes.

Within the Format & Design department, you’ll join a close-knit team of 7 passionate colleagues, all dedicated to creating meaningful retail experiences. If bringing creative ideas to life through seamless project delivery excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
