As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of Rituals’ global supply chain operations, supporting our retail, wholesale, travel and e-commerce growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations fulfilled by multiple B2B & B2C warehouses (run by our 3PL partners). You will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily managing the operations with Rituals’ third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Ensure that KPI and SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded by our 3PLs.
  • Oversee smooth execution of B2B and B2C orders across multiple warehouses, especially during key market moments.
  • You support in the forecasting processes and ensure sufficient capacities across the Rituals’ warehouses accordingly.
  • Order management of Rituals’ Asia export flow.
  • Daily capacity/load-management.
  • Oversee, manage and set-up VAS activities within the Logistics Landscape.
  • Drive process improvements within the warehouse operations (and beyond) as part of our Logistics Excellence initiatives. 
  • Utilize data-driven methods to optimize performance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Retail, Wholesale, Digital, Fulfilment, Supply Planning, Replenishment) and external stakeholders (e.g., Warehouses, Carriers).
  • Identify opportunities for cost-savings and develop sustainable supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a proactive professional who is passionate about logistics, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • A degree (HBO/WO) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics/3PL operations-role.
  • Proven experience in warehousing environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Good stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
  • A curious mindset and ability to think outside the box to drive continuous improvement.
