A day in a life...
Your day might start by diving into sales and performance data to conduct a category analysis, identifying trends across key markets and products. In the afternoon, you might meet with Trade Marketing to ensure the visuals and marketing materials align with the latest assortment strategy. Before wrapping up, you work on the program to ensure we have all the right novelties in our assortment. No two days are the same, and you’ll balance deep-dive analysis with hands-on collaboration.
As a Program Specialist Wholesale, you will:
- Analyze and forecast category performance: Use data to assess which assortments work best for specific partners and markets, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Optimize assortment strategy: Support the development of tailored assortments to ensure we sell the right products, in the right place, to the right partner.
- Support bi-annual launches: Ensure all assortments are launch-ready, including coordinating with supply chain and trade marketing.
- Drive profitability: Contribute to improving category performance, market presence, and partner profitability through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with teams such as Trade Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning to align on execution and strategy.
- Contribute to operational excellence: Help refine processes and structures that support the Wholesale business Qualifications.
- We are seeking a proactive, data-driven professional with a passion for Wholesale and an eagerness to make a difference.
