PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

The Hospitality & Leisure Intern will be part of the B2B Department which operates from the head office in Amsterdam. Together with the Marketing Partnership team we drive the expansion of Rituals at our Hospitality and Leisure partners (e.g. Restaurants, Gyms and Spa’s).

You support the Marketing Partnerships Team with dedicated projects, operational requests, briefings, and reporting.

Within this internship, there is room for personal input, and we expect a high degree of independence. Are you eager to learn about Hospitality, Sales and Marketing and like to do varied work every day? This is the internship for you!

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Providing support in organizing events (e.g. fairs, partner meetings)
• Responsible for marketing-related briefing documents
• Creating presentation decks for our existing and potential partners
• Support in operational, sales and marketing activities
• Participate in partner visits and join in sales conversations
• Share results and best practices with global and local teams
• Support with administrative handling of projects
• Supporting the development of this new market approach
• Helping with exploring new opportunities for Rituals within the Hospitality branch

YOUR INGREDIENTS

• You are currently enrolled as a student (Higher Education / University);
• You work proactively, independently and have a hands-on mentality whilst keeping an eye for detail;
• You maintain strong knowledge and application in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy making the connection;
• Affinity with Hospitality, the food service industry and cosmetics;
• Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and verbally (other additional languages are an advantage);
• You are in possession of a driver's license (B).
• You are structured, service-minded and a real team player;
• You are keen to be the best in class within your internship. You are flexible, enjoy making things better every day and you are eager to go the extra mile for the best results.
