Job Description
Are you ready to take Business Control in the Nordics to the next level? Join Rituals in driving sustainable growth across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. These markets are in different stages, from Sweden’s maturity to Finland’s recent retail expansion.
As part of the local Nordics Management Team, you’ll provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You’ll master the Plan & Control cycle across all Lines of Business, advising colleagues with confidence.
You’ll report to the Head of Control Northern Europe and collaborate closely with local teams while being part of the central Control & Analytics team in Amsterdam.

Your key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner, supporting market teams with planning, analysis, and performance reporting.
- Execute the full Plan & Control cycle, ensuring accurate planning and insightful reporting.
- Analyze P&L insights from Sales to Profitability across Retail, Digital, Wholesale, and B2B.
- Deliver business analyses on sales and cost performance, linking financial insights to strategy.
- Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics related fields
- 5-7 years of experience as a (Business) Controller
- Strong analytical, communicating and consulting skills
- Work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English verbal and written language skills are required.
