Job Description

As a Sr. HR Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative and optimized HR solutions. Your mission is to transform business needs into actionable projects, driving our Operational Excellence pillar of the People Plan '25. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring our processes are globally aligned and our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Sr. HR Project Manager coordinates the implementation of Hire to Retire, HR Services and Compensation & Benefits process improvements, driven by the latest developments in HR Technology (in particular Workday, ServiceNow, Kainos and Quinyx). On top of a continuous innovation mindset, you deliver and run projects, e.g., deploying HR solutions to new countries and collaborating closely with our HR Centers of Expertise, HR Services, HR Analytics & Insights, and Business Technology teams to simplify and further automate our HR processes.

You easily find solutions to challenging situations and take a pragmatic approach to optimize business use whilst looking for sustainable solutions. Your goal is to provide a professional and smooth user experience for local and head office HR teams. You will use your creativity and people skills to connect with all relevant stakeholders (from HR Directors to end-users) and get all the information you need to solve the puzzle on HR process-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead with Impact: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in project management processes.

· Mentor and Guide: Inspire and mentor project teams to achieve higher performance through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

· Innovate and Optimize: Lead renewal, innovation, and optimization projects within the organization.

· Stay Ahead: Utilize your external network to stay updated on the latest market trends in HR processes and solutions.

· Develop Talent: Support the personal development of Sr. HR Process Specialists through internal training and coaching.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

· Complexity Management: Navigate and manage complex projects with ease.

· Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.

· Accountability: Ensure accountability in all aspects of project management.

· Innovation: Cultivate a culture of innovation and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

· Education: WO level.

· Experience: At least 6 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and/or HR services, preferably within retail.

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
