Job Description

Our Supply Chain Department is looking for a Key Account Specialist to join the Customer Fulfillment Wholesale & Travel Team. In this role, you’ll manage the order-to-cash process for a select group of customers and regions. Your main goal: ensure full, on-time deliveries with exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll also work to boost sales, improve customer experience, and optimize working capital.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team of 11 and report to the Manager of Wholesale & Travel. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with logistics to manage lead times, volumes, and schedules. A big part of your role involves representing Key Accounts in internal processes and discussions, while handling both operational and tactical activities for your customers.

Key result Area’s:

  • KPI management: data analysis is used to ensure In Full is met and processes are continuously optimized (including management dashboards). Each event (promotion, relaunch) is planned, executed and reviewed against the agreed upon KPI’s.

 

  • Stakeholder management: to ensure processes run smoothly, communication is key. You therefore have a great understanding of what needs to be communicated to which stakeholder. You will be in close cooperation with Heads of Wholesale/Travel and our Key Customers with regard to order management, open balances, non-sales related questions and the preparation/execution of order.

 

  • Order-to-cash improvement: proactively search for, work on and implement improvements that will help to improve the team as a whole. 

In this role you will be part of a very energetic and dynamic multicultural team of 11 members. You will reporting directly to the Manager Wholesale & Travel. You will also closely collaborate with your colleagues within the logistics department to control lead times, volumes and timings. Internal stakeholder management and acting on behalf of the Key Accounts in internal processes and discussions is a big part of your role and responsibility.

Qualifications

  • You have a HBO+ degree in business economics or logistics;
  • You have 3+ years experience, preferably in a high-volume supply chain setting (order management, customer service in FMCG);
  • You are a real team player
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on challenges
  • You love analytics to improve your customer experience;
  • You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction;
  • You have a problem solving mentality;
  • You have experience working with ERP systems (AX, SAP, et cetera) and reporting systems ( PowerBI);
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and preferably also in German.[PdB1]
