Job Description
Create and manage the Instore Communication strategy for all our stores (Retail, Outlet Wholesale and Travel) globally
A customer journey on the retail floor isn’t complete without amazing instore communication materials (POS materials, including prints and digital) As a Project manager at Rituals, you translate a high-over campaign strategy into the instore communication strategy for different regions, and manage the creation of the print & digital artworks. Since we’re a global brand, this means you are responsible for all the instore communication materials globally!
Our team is not only responsible for the instore POS materials for our owned stores and outlets, but also for our wholesale partners (such as Sephora, Douglas and Boots) and all our travel locations which are mainly located at (international) airports.
As a Project manager, you love to create structure and to work closely with many internal and external stakeholders. Since you are responsible for multiple projects, planning is the key to your success and ensures you’re ahead of the ball. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Coordinate projects from first concept drafts to deliverable files and print specs ready for production & distribution.
- Facilitate in the briefing of visual productions for our contracted printers for Instore materials.
- Active stakeholder management with an array of different internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with our internal DTP studio, our copywriters and planning bureau to ensure a smooth workflow and to ensure all details are correct.
- Administrative tasks, such as planning projects in Asana, organizing files on the server, availability of materials in shelf planning programs, creating handover documents for the Traffic team, and more.
Qualifications
As an Instore Project manager, you love to play your part in the overall customer journey on the shop floor. You enjoy project management and collaborating with many different stakeholders & teams. Do you recognize yourself in the following bullet points?
- You have at least 1 year of experience with project management and administrative tasks.
- You have experience in development of print communication/marketing.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Plus = You have experience in working with Asana.
