Job Description
As an experienced Project Manager focusing on Product Development, you will play a pivotal role within our Innovations department to streamline and enhance our New Product Development (NPD) process. Your key responsibility will be aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows to ensure seamless execution of NPD initiatives. You will also spearhead the implementation of a new global pricing tool, transitioning from Excel-based management to a more scalable, robust system that supports our international operations.
Leveraging your expertise in process improvement, you will help create an optimal environment for the Innovation team to do what they do best—develop groundbreaking products that help Rituals become the most iconic well-being brand. Strong project and stakeholder management skills will enable you to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, ensuring continuous improvement across the NPD process and tools.

- Developing and executing the NPD Process Improvement strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Acting as the Center of Excellence for project management, processes, and systems within the Innovations/NPD department.
- Analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative processes, systems, and organizational structures to create a scalable and efficient NPD pipeline.
- Leading the implementation of a new global pricing tool, ensuring seamless integration with NPD processes and alignment with global pricing strategies, driving consistency and operational efficiency.
- Enhancing the collection and management of product assortment and distribution data within the NPD process, ensuring first-time right assortment management and planning.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must bring a combination of strong retail experience, business acumen, and a solution-driven approach to process optimization. Your ability to manage complex projects, build cross-functional relationships, and lead transformative change will be essential to driving success in the NPD.
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Technical University, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar)
- 10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with product master data
- Proven experience managing projects independently and a track record of strong stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with relevant data and project management tools
