JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you are a part of the overarching Digital Marketing Team. Our Digital Marketing team is responsible for our digital campaigns through owned and paid channels. You will work closely with the Paid Media and Owned Channels team to drive customer acquisition campaigns and guarantee seamless customer onboarding, aiming for quantity and quality of potential new members, bringing our brand to a new level. You will report to our Digital Acquisition Sr. Team Lead, working in partnership with a Digital Acquisition Coordinator, and the direct company of the Owned Channels (newsletter, push) and Marketing Technology teams.

Embrace the Opportunity! What will you be responsible for:
- Lead Exciting Campaigns: Take charge of crafting and executing compelling acquisition campaigns across email, membership, and our app, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale while ensuring local relevance.
- Drive Omni Channel Projects: From Sampling to Gamification and beyond, you'll oversee end-to-end omnichannel projects aimed at enhancing user engagement and driving subscriptions.
- Optimize Acquisition Journeys: Utilize your expertise to optimize and innovate acquisition journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with CRM and Marketing Technology teams.
- Transform Data into Insights: Dive deep into consumer data, uncovering valuable insights to enhance acquisition strategies and drive long-term customer lifetime value.
- Manage Local Requests: Be the pin between global strategy and local execution, managing local partnership requests, translations, legal compliance, and more to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Key Player in Global Targets: Your role will be pivotal in achieving our globally set targets for new digital customer acquisition, driving Rituals towards even greater success.
Qualifications
High on energy, low on ego and with a sense of humor. You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills. You can adapt to the fast-paced way of working at Rituals. You want to explore new tooling and domains. On top of it, you:
- + 3 years of experience in an Acquisition or CRM, within a marketing or e-commerce environment
- You are a marketeer with a high affinity with Technology and Data
- You have experience managing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Google Analytics (preferred)
- You’re comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
- You have a global mindset but with the capacity to manage and advise local requests
- You’re a true team player who enjoys connecting the dots
