YOU ARE ALL ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MARKET

The main goal for this position is to support the (Key) Account Managers Hotel in their collaboration within the global hotel market via our international hotel distributors. You will work closely together with the (Key) Account Managers to further develop the global hotel business and contribute to the growth of the travel retail department. You successfully promote a positive image of the brand by being a Rituals Cosmetics brand ambassador. With a large portfolio of 32 hotel distributors globally, your main responsibilities are to prepare all business reviews, follow up the incoming hotel leads, pro-actively investigate and arrange new sales opportunities, update and work out presentations, control different budgets, support our shop in shop business, and work closely with our trade marketing team. By visiting hotels and events in the local markets, you ensure the brand is represented according to our brand standards. You will also help to prepare, network & participate at important hotel exhibitions in the local countries together with our hotel distributors. You will connect, update and work together with the local Rituals teams in the different countries to make sure that we pro-actively approach the local hotel market and make most out of our global presence.

  • have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position in Travel, Retail or FMCG.
  • are fluent in business English (verbal/written) and preferably a second language.
  • are passionate about the hotel industry and open to travel internationally.
