“Your week in the fast lane of Rituals productions’. Ever wondered what a week at Rituals looks like? Brace yourself! With over 125 projects per year and 7 shoots last week alone, you'll be in the thick of it. From packing essentials for shoots to overseeing models and suppliers, your week is a rollercoaster of creativity and planning. Car shoots, office productions, and sending packages via courier – every day brings a new adventure.

Your role: unleash your creative prodigy. As a Junior Producer, you'll be at the heart of our production team, making magic happen! Here's what you'll own:

• Plan and Produce: craft and execute multimedia productions, both solo and with Sr producers.
• Collaborate with Stars: work closely with external vendors, from photographers to stylists, ensuring every element is perfection.
• Pre-production Wizardy: source, cast, book talent, and mastermind project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Production Maestro: including on set presence, shotlist guardian, main contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Post-Production Guru: oversee retouching, editing, producing, and montage to ensure our final assets meet the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Whisperer: internal stakeholder management is key - you'll lead the way.

• Speak Dutch, this is a must for the role.

• Keen eye for design & esthetics coupled with production skills and knowledge of the design & creative process.

• Willing to learn.
