As a UX Designer, you conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality experiences for both our customers and employees across all digital touchpoints. Everything you do revolves around transforming the end-user experience to the next level; you speak, think, and dream in user flows, information architecture, and wireframes. You are highly creative in exploring many different approaches to solving end-users ' problems.

As a UX Designer at Rituals for 32/40 hours per week; you:  

• Kickstart projects, gather requirements, and collaborate with our cross-functional stakeholders.  
• Concept, and create wireframes, UX flows, customer journey map, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.  
• Are the driving force behind projects – ensuring we deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our customers.  
• Conduct research to balance the user needs, business requirements and  innovation.  
• Closely collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts on the implementation of designs.   
• Work alongside UI Designers, Art Directors, Service Designers and other senior creative roles to create well-rounded, coherent experiences.  
• Be an ambassador of User Experience within Rituals, continuously evolving the quality and aiming to raise the bar on every project.

• You are used to work with Figma. This is a must and needs to be visible on your portfolio or cv.
