The Project and Product Manager for Indirect and Direct Procurement at Rituals will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT landscape for the procurement lifecycle. This role requires exceptional project management and product owner capabilities to ensure the successful execution of procurement-related initiatives.
Apart from this your responsibilities will include:
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans for and together with the procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, working together with solution architects and business analysts within the Business Technology team, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for P2P-related products, defining product vision, and developing a product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects and business analysts, to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and business analysts to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
You will be part of Business Technology department of Rituals, in the Finance & Procurement Systems. The teams operate using several common principles. Personal development has high priority, and we strive for sustainable solutions. This means that life takes precedence in the work/life balance, and we prefer structural (elegant) solutions over incident management. We believe strategy follows the right culture, so culture is very important in the team.
You will spend (most of) your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.
