For 32-40 hrs/wk, you love to give meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and you will:

• Shape, align and execute Rituals people & organization strategy with the business and CoE’s 
• Act as a driving force behind organizational/team performance and effectiveness
• Culture carrier and change ambassador in the HR transformation 
• Use analyses and KPI dashboards that help to drive our business to the next level

THIS IS YOU

High on energy, low on ego and with a lot of humor. As a senior professional, you like to contribute to a growing organisation that is becoming increasingly effective and efficient, day by day, thanks to your input. On top of it:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree and about 8 years of relevant experience in a high-demanding environment
• You possess broad HR advise & project management experience on both strategic and tactical level
• You are an ambassador of the strong Rituals cultural values and you coach leaders to guard this DNA - this while remaining your true authentic self
• You approach your work with a great deal of flexibility – what needs to be done gets done, even if that topic was not on your radar during your morning cup of coffee
• You are open, empathic, communicative, and results-oriented
