PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Online & Trade Marketing Specialist Wholesale you drive the digital and offline expansion of Rituals with our wholesale partners like Lyko, Åhlens etc. You create, execute and analyze omni channel growth plans and campaigns, customized to partners capability and in line with Rituals global and local wholesale market strategy.
 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are all about digital acceleration, omni channel campaigns and data in a multi-branded environment. You like to contribute to a growing organisation that is becoming increasingly effective and efficient, day by day, thanks to your input. On top of it:

• Set-up, implement and continuously monitor omni-channel campaigns with strong focus on SEO & CRO, onsite performance – and newsletter marketing, partner CRM programmes and (organic) social media with the Local Wholesale Team  
• Implement commercial Trade Marketing tools (GWP, sampling) in partner plans and include the best offline visibilities  
• Execute and optimize online content on our partners digital channels (SEO)
• Analyze digital data and report to measure the success of all implemented (Trade Marketing) initiatives as well as recommended improvements together with team and partner
• Lead and implement these cross-department Digital & Trade Marketing projects – coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders
• Optimise and keep track of marketing budget investments

THIS IS YOU

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humour. You are also 'one of a kind' because of your sharp eye for the tiniest details. In addition, you are as Online & Trade Marketing Specialist convincing and a star player in making meaningful connections with internal and external stakeholders. We also looking for you who have:

• At least 5+ years relevant professional experience in Digital and Trade marketing, e-commerce or equivalent
• Very good understanding of digital analytics, data and KPI benchmarks
• High affinity for digital commerce, tools, solutions and products
• Are fluent in Swedish and English
