MAIN PURPOSE

Rituals exists over 15 years, still the e-commerce business is booming and growing. Our customers can reach Rituals.com throughout EU, USA and HK and we’re expanding!

As an E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist you are responsible for coordinating the daily fulfilment operations of our global omnichannel orders. You will be focusing on giving the best customer experience and therefore are responsible for projects improving our services. E-commerce is the fastest growing line of business within Rituals. The person we seek is able to keep track of many things at the same time.

YOUR ROLE

The E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist controls the daily operations for our e-commerce warehouse locations and e-commerce carriers over the world, focusing on on-time deliveries with excellent service. You are involved in projects related to e-commerce supply chain.

Think of examples like:

  • Expanding business in new markets by setting up new warehouses and logistic flows
  • Be more cost-efficient in markets
  • Find local hero carriers to cooperate with in our growing markets
  • Use the data of our Customer Service to improve performance
  • Roll-out omni services in all countries

You are a key user for several IT systems (e.g. OMS, TMS). You support omnichannel stores with in-store picking or shipping-from-store. The base is to continuously signal improvement opportunities in the existing omnichannel supply chain processes to drive KPI performance up.

We are looking for someone who is eager to take that extra step in creating the perfect delivery proposition to our customers. Good is not enough; we want our customers to be surprised by our service.

You report to the E-commerce Supply Chain Manager. Other than that, you collaborate with our Marketing, Planning, Finance and Webshop teams. You are the first point of contact for our LSP’s, carriers, local fulfilment teams and our Customer Care team for e-commerce supply chain related questions.

You reach out to suppliers to collect relevant performance data and work together with Business Technology on further improvements of our Omnichannel tools.

Both internal and external stakeholder management is a huge part of your job.

 YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • HBO/WO in Logistics or Business Administration
  • At least three years of work experience in a similar role
  • Logistics experience; worked with E-com warehouses and carriers before
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
  • Eager to learn; you are able to think out-of-the-box and you are curious to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processe
  • Interest in Omnichannel / New Retail
  • You have affinity with IT systems and will quickly master key systems such as ERP, OMS & TMS
