YOUR ROLE

To help secure that Rituals’ products continue to comply with international laws, regulations, and internal standards. Assist in the registration and notification process of our brand and products in existing and new markets worldwide. Other responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist in (international) product registration and notification processes.
  • Assist to secure compliancy with relevant international laws and regulations, for both existing and newly developed products.
  • Prepare, provide and legalise the necessary documents and certificates for (international) notifications.
  • Register our products in association with international Rituals sales organisation and third parties.
  • Check draft artwork labelings of product introductions.
  • Actively manage the internal Q&R databases, such as Box, product database / portal (STEP), etc.
  • Collect, review and file of documentation regarding Regulatory matters, including Product Information Files, Safety Data Sheets, GMP certifications etc.

You will report to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and you will be part of the Sourcing Department and Quality and Regulatory team.

YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry or related experience..
  • You have a positive drive, solution-oriented, accurate.
  • Proven organisational and administrative skills with obsession for details and passion for efficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and stakeholders; team player combined with “can do” mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English languages. Preferably also an Asian language.
  • Affinity with Regulatory activities in the cosmetics industry. Experience with regulatory affairs in the Asian beauty market is a plus.
