MAIN PURPOSE

Our supply chain department is looking for a Customer Fulfilment Specialist to own the order to cash process (wholesale & travel). As a specialist you will be in charge of notable key accounts within your region. This can be luxury department stores, perfumeries, duty free locations or pure players. Your goal is to ensure goods are delivered in full and on time, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
 

YOUR ROLE

You will lead operational as well as tactical activities for your customers. Data analysis is used to ensure KPI’s are met and processes are continuously optimized (including management dashboards). Each event (promotion, relaunch) is planned, executed and reviewed against these agreed upon KPI’s.

To ensure processes run smoothly, communication is key. You therefore have a great understanding of what needs to be communicated to which stakeholder. You will be in close cooperation with Heads of Wholesale/Travel and our key customers with regard to order management, open balances, non-sales related questions and the preparation/execution of orders.

In this role you are a member of the Customer Fulfillment team, together with six direct colleagues, reporting directly to the Manager Customer Fulfilment Wholesale & Travel. You will also closely collaborate with your colleagues in logistics to control lead times, volumes and timings. Internal stakeholder management and acting on behalf of the key account in internal processes and discussions is a big part of your job.
 

YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • You have a HBO+ degree in business economics or logistics;
  • You have 4+ years experience, preferably in a high-volume supply chain setting (order management, customer service in FMCG);
  • You are a real team player
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on challenges
  • You love analytics to improve your customer experience;
  • You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction;
  • You have a problem solving mentality;
  • You have experience working with ERP systems (AX, SAP, et cetera) and reporting systems ( PowerBI);
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
