Job Description
1. Purpose:
To ensure a solid and innovative recruitment operation to efficiently recruit talent into the Rituals family with the ability to recogise individuals who are on brand. Optimise local labour market activity and communication to build brand awareness, candidate interaction and to create a professional network. Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
2. Business Impact:
Build the local recruitment structure with a proactive, long term approach. Advises and partners with all hiring managers (Store Managers, Area Managers, Account Managers and Head Office) to reach the best recruitment decisions and results. Enhance brand awareness through engaging and impactful activities and initiatives. Drive the brand philosophy that “we are all recruiters”
3. Interaction:
- Head of HR, UK and Ireland
- Sparring partner for all hiring managers across all lines of business in the region
- Specialist for management regarding recruitment advice and training
- Part of local HR department
- Works closely with international recruitment (manager)
4. Creativity:
Co-develop local guidelines and ways of workings regarding recruitment. Safeguard the brand values, communicates in style
