Purpose of the job:

You will be working closely with our Country Director DACH and give her secretarial, administrative and coordination support. Your main purpose is to make her work life more smooth and efficient and thus to give her more time and focus to perform her everday operations.

 

Your accountabilities:

You are a passionate pro when it comes to support, organization and coordination. Working extremely structured and precise is easy for you and you can multitask simultaneously. Therefore, juggling the responsibility of administrating, planning and coordinating different tasks, projects, appointsments, meetings or business trips is a challenge you embrace.

In coordination and together with different lines of business you are working on concrete business content and communication (docuements, presentations, briefing materials, follow-up communication…). Mastering (office) systems and programs would lie within your work scope and is no big deal for your digital mindset. 

Your dynamic and versatile personality lets you strive in a fast-growing, complex and international environment. You champion being the liason between different stakeholders of all levels. You know how to consider and adapt to various needs of stakeholders and act accordingly in different situations. Moreover, you are fluent in every aspect of the German and English language.

As a self-starter you are constantly looking to improve yours and the work of others. Your desire is to support on improving policies, ways of working and administration. You are not the kind of person who just waits to be told what to do and you take pride in your work and projects.

 

Requirements

-        Bachelor degree in business administration, econcomics, management, marketing/communications or equivalent field

-        Min. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience

-        Excellent skills in administration, coordination, organization and communication

-        Ability to work independently while giving support to other stakeholder

-        Dynamic, versatile and digital-mindset with affinity to systems and office programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

-        Fluent in English and German
