PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The recruitment department at Rituals is responsible for everything about recruiting new talent. This internship is the perfect opportunity to put the theory of your education into practice in an international environment.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

During this internship you will be part of the recruitment team at the Central Head Office (CHO). This team is responsible for the recruitment of our Head Office talents. In your role, you will support the campus recruitment project, which started this year. Campus recruitment at Rituals was set up to recruit young talent during various events.

For example, this year we attended the Marug Conference in Groningen and the Amsterdam Career Days. During the events you will represent Rituals and you will be the point of contact for students who are interested in a career within our company. Because you are the face of Rituals on these days, it is a responsible role that provides an exciting challenge.

In addition to the campus recruitment part, you will provide support to your recruitment team by helping to plan job interviews and liaising with applicants. You will also get the opportunity to attend job interviews so you can gain insight in the entire recruitment process. In addition, you are responsible for the recruitment of interns.

The internship ensures that you get a good impression of the corporate recruitment side of Rituals. But because you will also attend events in addition to the regular recruitment duties, this internship offers you a lot of variety and the opportunity to learn a lot. As a fully-fledged employee you participate in our departments where your creativity and input are greatly appreciated.

YOUR PROFILE

  • HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome)
  • You want to do an internship for four to five days (at least 5 months)
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are entrepreneurial and proactive, analytical and you can make good connections. You are accurate, structured and have an eye for detail.
  • You are skilled in communication, service and customer oriented, solution oriented, independent and have a hands-on mentality.

OUR OFFER

Rituals offers a challenging role in a young and eager team, where empowering your colleagues (and vice versa) is par for the course. Although our proposition encompasses an attractive benefits and compensation package, the (international) scope and impact of the position may appeal to you even more. You’ll spend most of your time at our Amsterdam HQ – hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.

We have over 730 stores, more than 2150 shop-in-shops and 4 City Spas in 29 countries worldwide. We have seen rapid expansion in duty free, airline, cruise liners & ferries, as well as hotels.
