PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Social Media & Influencer Specialist helps to contribute to the growth of our global online business by building the Rituals brand via social media, influencer cooperations and email database. The Social Media & Influencer Specialist supports the online marketeer for contributing to brand awareness and performance (e.g. online traffic and conversion) within the online space and increasing our email database, social and digital activation.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES 

You will support the the business from an online marketing perspective and build the brand via our social media channels, influencer cooperations and our newsletter. You support to increase our brand awareness and preference by increasing our activity on social media, implementing influencer campaigns and increase our newsletter member/subscriber database. Furthermore supporting cooperations and handling of B2B requests. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital experience. Affinity with or experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Online/Digital Marketing or Communication
• Preference for online marketing experience at premium brand and/or lifestyle brands
• General profile: Online affinity, marketing, commercial, hands-on, selfstarter, team player, flexible with priorities and comfortable in a fast pace, agile environment
• Strong communication skills (in writing and speaking).
