A bit about the role...
Your mission is to grow brand awareness, as well as playing a pivotal part in amplifying the L&D movement, inspiring and empowering everyone to skills development.
You will work closely with the local Marketing teams and be supported by the Global Marketing & Communication Team.

And you will also partner with our Country Manager, using your Brand Awareness skills to amplify this movement.

Missions:

  • Create and build a trusted and valued relationship with our marketing partners and influencers/opinion leaders to increase brand awareness and as possible, ensure co-funding of joint activities that reach our target accounts.
  • Take the lead responsibility for developing, managing and delivering the organization’s programme of major events in UK, NL and Germany including the annual awards, seminars, lectures, conferences, sponsoring in collaboration with the Local Marketing Managers.
  • Work on all partnerships targeting awareness and on all brand content creation that may be needed for Brand Awareness (white papers, landing pages, business cases, Press releases,,..)
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing colleagues in the UK, Global and other countries to share ideas, maximize opportunities and ensure consistent brand alignment across all B2B touch points to positively impact our overall marketing operational excellence.
  • Share thought leadership and market/product intelligence and own and lead complex projects and challenges; be proactive, resourceful and action oriented.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in Communication & Branding, with a core focus on Marketing Partnership
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and clear objectives
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth business
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast-growing environment
  • Being truly passionate about L&D is a must
  • The position is to be filled in our office in London.
