The Client Relationship Manager is the connective tissue between our team and our clients. You’re responsible for building trust and managing outcomes both externally and internally. As a communication champion and expert resource manager, you help clients feel supported in their journey to simplifying the complex, and Risclarity team members feel empowered with the information and resources we need to show up at our best for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish successful client relationships by developing a deep understanding of mutual (client/Risclarity) goals and individual issues.
• Coordinate calls, meetings, and other communications between clients and internal teams.
• Document, follow up, and follow through on all client communications to clarify expected outcomes, manage to-do items, and communicate decisions made.
• Provide ongoing and daily task management, including alerting teams of upcoming deadlines and if timelines are missed.
• Develop and track key milestones for each client project and engagement, proactively managing both internal and external stakeholders up, down, and everywhere in between to smooth the path forward.
• Provide regular status updates and oversee status meetings.
• Initiate discovery and problem-solving to resolve issues raised by clients.
• Collaborate with Risclarity’s Finance team to ensure appropriate engagement/project fees, time tracking, and invoicing.
• Create and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Mid Senior-level professional experience in financial technology and /or wealth management, including experience in software, banking, custody or financial reporting or operations. General knowledge of wealth management operations is preferred but not required.
• Advanced project management, account management or product owner experience.
• Experience working in partnership with high-level leaders or executives.
• General technical proficiency including ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

The position is based in our main office. While spending time each week in-office is generally required, Risclarity is proud to offer a variety of remote and flexible work options.
