Job Description

Our wholesale business is our backbone and one of our core business offerings. Supporting our wholesalers and their customers is a full-time role and requires a team of talented individuals to not only manage but also grow our wholesale customer's businesses. A Ripple Networks wholesale account manager's daily tasks include

  • Provide training to existing also customers on how to order services as well as qualify locations and use our partner portal tools.
  • Locating and discovering businesses that provide Communications services.
  • Converting and/or providing assistance with the signup process of Communication service providers.
  • Tracking and managing existing wholesale customers.
  • Providing assistance with wholesale customers' projects and strategically placing their needs within the Ripple Networks team.
