  • Been able to meet our customer service standards and targets. We take our customer experience to the next level and it is serious.
  • Taking the initiative to identify and solve customer issues using the techniques we provide you in our training programs.

This is shift work which means you'll be required to work an eight hour shift you will be working on a rotational roster between 8 am and 12 am Monday to Sunday and public holidays.

We require all candidates to commit to working 37.5 hours per week full time hours.

All benefits and entitlements e.g. sick days and leave will be in accordance with the telecommunications award act of 2020 and the fair work Australian national employment standards.
