Your day to day tasks will include

• Develop and maintain the product knowledge base.
• Engage with senior management to align the product with the company's strategy and overall plan.
• Define and track success metrics throughout the product lifecycle, including designing interventions were needed to ensure product goals are achieved.
• Communicate market research and analysis to prepare product proposals and support informed planning and decision-making.
• Provide solutions to customers when required.

• Demonstrate ability to lead the product lifecycle and provide ongoing support for multiple products
• Deep understanding of voice and collaboration
• Think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve complex problems and achieve a goal.
• Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to engage with a range of different audiences
