Studio Production Manager

  • Full-time

Company Description

Our magic happens in Princeton, positioning us between Philly and NYC. We know when you hear Princeton you immediately think healthcare or pharma, but that’s not us. We service clients across a variety of industries, and you’ll have the chance to do some really cool work here.

We focus on a healthy work-life balance, so you won’t be here all night. There are no crammed spaces or fluorescent tubes, only open space and plenty of natural light.

You can do great creative work without having to be in a big city. At Ripen, you’re empowered to do what you do best and have a great time doing it.

We're Growing

Great work doesn’t magically appear. It’s the product of people coming together from all walks of life with different skillsets, backgrounds and personalities. It’s from people who create and collaborate while letting their personality shine. Great work doesn’t walk through the door Monday morning ready for the next challenge. Our people do.

That’s why we’re always looking for people who are serious about their work and silly about everything else. We love hiring nutballs and interesting guys and gals that bring drive and digital experience and a unique personality.
