Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Central Services Manager to join us on a full time basis, to be based out of our head office in south Leeds.

Job Description

We’re searching for a Central Services Manager to support to our Finance Director with day to day management, governance and coordination of the Central Services legal and administrative function, ensuring that excellent service and support is provided to all areas of the business.

Ensuring that systems and working practices are optimal and capable of delivering solutions to support the control and development of the business.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

·Provide day to day management, governance and coordination of the Central Services legal and administrative function, ensuring that excellent service and support is provided to all areas of the business. Ensure that systems and working practices are optimal and capable of delivering solutions to support the control and development of the business.

·Provide proactive and effective decision-making support to the Commercial areas of the business.

·Provide support and cover for essential payroll and HR services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·To ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and procedures.

·Company secretarial – maintenance of Companies House records, submission of annual filings, preparation of board minutes etc.

·Management of all aspects of company vehicle fleet, including hire cars, commercial vehicles, maintenance.

·Management of all aspects of company insurance policies, including annual renewal/quote process and claims management.

·Administration of company trademarks, renewals, new applications, objections.

·Employee benefits – manage all aspects of pensions, life assurance, private medical, and any other benefits.

·Office management – effective management of cleaning and vending contracts

·On line banking – administrator for all electronic banking systems. Coordination of company credit card limits.

·GDPR & data privacy – support Head of IT on policy and governance.

·Member of Health & Safety committee and support with meeting minutes

·Member of Disaster Recovery committee

·Responsibility for management and cost efficiency of utilities contracts

·Administration and maintenance of all premises lease documentation including liaison with landlord/agent

·Responsible for the recruitment, motivation, coaching, training and development of the Executive Assistant.

·Administrative support to Finance Director

·To promote and maintain excellent standards of behaviour and performance to ensure the delivery of objectives and targets for the business.

·Other ad hoc duties as required
