Job Description

Global Manufacturer looking for a Preventative Maintenance Scheduler.

SUMMARY

Daily operation of the Preventative Maintenance and Machine Down Work Order Database.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close PM's daily

Generate and assign machine down daily work orders.

Develop critical spare list for each machine and ensure adequate inventory. Generate PM's weekly

Generate delinquent reports monthly and/or weekly as required Generate history reports as required

Maintain Equipment Information - enter new equipment information, assign tag numbers, issue blue plates, enter equipment information, create standing work orders for new equipment - new functional locations, maintain standing work orders when machines move

Assign standard PM's to new machines

Maintain PM assignments (scheduling changes - add, delete, change PM's) Assist with quality system audits to maintain quality system certification

Be alert for errors in database

Set-up and learn new software as needed and advise others on software operation Address software issues with IS and assist in testing and troubleshooting

Create non-capital project work orders Generate equipment lists as required Attend meetings as required


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Bottom Line Requirements:

1. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Maintenance scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.

3. Local or close enough for a short easy move.
