Responsibilities:
- Sell risk assessments solutionsinternally and externally throughout India:
- Develop and deliver marketing and sales oriented material (presentations and written communications).
- Establish and maintain relationships with critical members of the distribution channel.
- Attend client and prospect meetings with members of the KAM/SP teams.
- Participate in the development of cross-sale efforts .
- Delivery of property risk identificationand assessment projects:
- Act as facilitator in property risk identification and assessment projects.
- PML assessment of complex risks.
- Develop and delivery all client facing content and/or reports (work product).
- Maintain follow-up dialogue with all delivered projects.
- Drive the administrative needs of allstrategic risk identification and assessment efforts within India:
- Maintain project activity logs and pursuit funnels.
- Maintain risk identification and assessment collateral (marketing material and client facing content) database.
- Manage monthly reporting requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:
1. EngineeringDegree preferably in Chemical Engineering from institution of repute (andadvanced degree in a financial discipline and/or business studies is desired).
Experience:
- This position is open to individuals with five or more years of progressive consulting or insurance or industry work experience in risk consulting and management.
- The prospective candidate must have a broad experience in risk engineering and managing complex consulting engagements for major corporate clients; technical skills and experience in risk management with exposure to petrochemical , offshore, steel, power and other major industries.
- Middle / senior level experience with a major consulting firm or large insurance firm is highly desirable and advanced communication and presentation skills are assumed.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, supply chain risk will be a plus.
- Advanced skills in using MS Word, Power point and Excel, report drafting skills are also required. Perfect English skills are required.
