Job Summary
Right at Home Sefton provide premium quality Home Care to adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities and the Elderly.
As a Senior Caregiver / Team Leader, you will be expected to promote all Right at Home core values and beliefs in every aspect of your role, from delivering care to our fantastic clients in their home, through to mentoring new CareGivers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision are delivered by you and our team, maintaining standards at all times, following all Right at Home policies and procedures through checks.
- Liaise closely with the Registered Manager at all times, reporting any concerns, changes or difficulties regarding staff or clients
- Ensure a thorough knowledge, understanding and adherence to all company policies and procedures in line with CQC regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear, timely records such as communication sheets and MAR Charts, alerting the Registered Manager to any issues that may cause concern
- Availability for evening, weekend and out of hours / on call services and Client care calls (when required) is a must.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of two years ‘experience of working within a health and social care setting
- Ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent care
- Able to demonstrate good organisational and leadership skills

Salary: Minimum £19,500 year
