Job Description
Ridgeline International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Branding Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. This internship offers the chance to work on real projects that shape how Ridgeline presents itself to clients, partners, and talent. You will gain experience in brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution alongside a collaborative marketing team.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the creation of marketing content including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and presentations
- Support brand consistency across all internal and external communications and collateral
- Help manage and update the company website and Linkedin
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform go to market strategy
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Contribute to the development of branded templates, graphics, and visual assets
- Track and report on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and engagement data

Qualifications
What You Need to Qualify
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new tools
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand awareness
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus Points If You Have the Following
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools
- Portfolio or samples of previous marketing, design, or writing work
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, branding, or communications
Physical & Work Environment
- Must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time; occasional movement within the office environment may be required
- The role involves continuous interaction with computers and other office productivity equipment
