Surveillance Instructor

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Surveillance Instructors to support specialized training programs for elite personnel. This is a contract-based position ideal for professionals with a strong background in Special Operations Forces (SOF), Counterintelligence (CI), or law enforcement surveillance operations.
Instructors will lead formal classroom sessions, direct field training exercises, and conduct in-depth team debriefs. You’ll play a key role in evaluating performance and ensuring mission-ready capabilities through high-fidelity surveillance training.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary podium instructor—not a program manager or assistant role
- Deliver advanced surveillance training aligned with operational best practices and high-risk mission environments
- Conduct post-exercise analysis to assess team surveillance posture, exposure, and effectiveness
- Assist in planning and executing training programs, including development of instructional materials and assessments
- Evaluate student performance to ensure standards are met and learning outcomes achieved
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of a formal surveillance training course (short or introductory courses do not meet this standard)
- Minimum 2 years of operational surveillance experience across varied environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering surveillance training or instruction
- Background in Special Operations, Counterintelligence, or law enforcement
- Demonstrated success in evaluating performance and providing clear, mission-focused instruction
- Strong planning and communication skills in dynamic, outcome-driven training environments
