Job Description

*Contingent on contract availability*

We are looking for individuals or vendors to aid in the short-duration design and instruction of unique courseware centered on the counterintelligence discipline. You will work with Ridgeline Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) to structure, design, and professionalize two unique courses using the ADDIE principles following Ridgeline standards of excellence. Additionally, you will lead the instruction of these courses, alongside existing Ridgeline cadre and systems, to maximize the student experience.

Details about the position:

This is a contractor role -1099 Status. The expected contract length is up to one year. This is different from a position with consistent scheduling. As we develop courseware, this person must be available for 30-60 days to work on course development and instruction.  

What You Will Do:

  • Course development running two pilot courses
  • Provide expertise during the two courses' structure, design, and analysis.
  • Develop materials to support training.
  • Instruct up to five courses per fiscal/calendar year.
  • Mentor up to four students during course delivery.
  • Travel to the National Capital Region for the duration of the design phase and any instruction periods.
  • Other duties and tasks as required in support of course delivery.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Active secret clearance (minimum)
  • Individuals must be graduates of the Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC)
  • Individuals must have five or more years of operational experience working in an Offensive Counterintelligence Officer (OFCO) capacity

Nice to Haves:

  • Instructional design experience
  • Instructor experience
  • Familiarity with Joint Counterintelligence Training Agency (JCITA) curriculum, standards, and rubrics
  • Experience as a mentor to junior CI professionals
