We are looking for a Director of R&D Operations and Productization. To be successful in this position, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of our client's mission requirements and in-house capabilities. Additionally, you will need to understand areas where technological support will enhance our client's chance for mission success and identify opportunities to introduce new technical innovations to our client's ongoing needs. This position reports to Ridgeline's Chief Operating Officer.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with our Director of R&D to assist in facilitiating ongoing projects
• Oversee the productization of approved R&D projects
• Formulate market positioning for new technical solutions
• Develop and drive budgetary requirements, performance testing, and plan our products for market delivery
• Explore opportunities with commercial and government customers to leverage both collaborative R&D efforts and government-funded R&D opportunities

What you will achieve in the first six months:

• Review Ridgeline Past and Present R&D cataloge becoming familiar with various customers and R&D use cases
• Drive select R&D efforts into initial Productization phases
• Review and Refine our Corporate IP portfolio to best direct future Intellectional Property Development

Must-haves:

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to build and lead matrixed teams
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong understanding of technology, preferably with a working knowledge of secure communications and digital signature management hardware and software

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technology-related field
• An ability to relate business concepts and plans to their associated financial outcomes
