Company Description

Ridgeline was founded in 2015 by a group of people with more than half a century of combined experience contributing to U.S. National Security. We understand our clients’ unique missions and we deliver innovative solutions to their most difficult challenges, filling critical technical gaps across the U.S. Government and business worlds. We iterate and deliver quickly – in the course of weeks or months, not years – and we’ve trained more than 1,000 people, deployed to over 50 countries, and managed systems with more than 2,000 end users.

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of new opportunities with US government clients. • Manage and lead all capture activities, including planning sessions, competitor analyses (black-hat), solutions architecture, color team (milestone) reviews, and pre-award preparation
  • Coordinate and co-author white papers, market survey responses, and proposal documents
  • Brief senior leadership on progress for ongoing capture plans and activities

What you will achieve in the first six months:

  • Familiarize yourself with Ridgeline’s services, technologies, and overall strategy and capabilities
  • Connect these capabilities to client requirements in key markets
  • Create and implement capture plans for two to three new opportunities
