Ridgeline International is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Surveillance Lead.  The incumbent will be primarily responsible for supervising a large cadre of Surveillance Role Players (SRP) and coordinating/scheduling surveillance training exercises for a specific Customer.  The incumbent will report directly to the Program Manager and be part of the Leadership Team.  The candidate must have prior experience in conducting/instructing surveillance training exercises, leading surveillance teams, and possess a Top-Secret Security Clearance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a large Cadre of Surveillance Role Players (SRP’s)
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute surveillance training exercises
• Assist in instruction of surveillance and surveillance detection techniques and tactics
• Assist in hiring new Surveillance Role Players as needed
• Assist in curriculum design and implementation 

• Extensive experience in conducting and instructing surveillance training
• Prior experience as a Surveillance Team Leader
• Keen understanding of surveillance/surveillance detection techniques and tactics
• Prior experience in organizing/scheduling surveillance exercises
• Top Secret Security Clearance
