Job Description

We are growing and looking for a Senior Solutions Architect and Program Manager to help identify, tailor and integrate technical capabilities and innovations to address customer mission requirements.  As you help clients define requirements, you’ll guide the delivery of solutions for various new Ridgeline Programs. In this role, you will be accountable to oversee the results of multi-functional project teams as new projects are created. 

What you will do:

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and leads the development of a complete and highest rated technical solution
  • Present Ridgeline’s capabilities, services and solutions; participate in development of new solutions to complex mission challenges by applying a high degree of ingenuity and innovation
  • Collaborates with technical resources to craft unique solutions to respond to customer challenges
  • Serve as primary customer point of contact and manage these relationships effectively
  • Monitor new project(s) to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
  • Provide the coordination between technical resources and other stakeholders and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received
  • Conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs
  • Participate in business development efforts
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

 

What you’ll accomplish in the first six months:

  • Come up to speed on and become familiar with ridgeline technologies and platforms
  • Engage with current and potential Ridgeline customers and begin to identify solutions to their most pressing issues
  • Become integrated into our community of PMs and technical staff and begin to mentor more junior program managers and technical resources

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience OR Military/Government Service
  • 10 or more years of Project Management experience; some of which shall have occurred in commercial environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Technical program management experience and/or deep understanding in technical domains such as software development, system engineering, or network engineering
  • Experience of managing a P&L with Deltek Costpoint Accounting System and related products
  • PMP certification or other related program management certification
