Job Description

Summary 

We have designed solutions to help our clients identify, attracts, lead, empower and optimize high performing talent. We offer training programs that are targeted to graduates, new and experienced hires. We need a sales consultant to market, sell and coordinate event space on behalf of the consultancy. 

The jobholder will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and are the point-of-contact for all event details. They will oversee the collective coordination of all event information and resources, and are responsible for account management, sales prospecting and business development.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell events by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending value and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high-energy and creativity, and possess excellent customer service and sales skills to be effective in this position. In addition, we require at least one year of experience in promoting, organizing and managing events, including corporate meetings, trainings, luncheons or other similar occasions.
